Terms and Conditions

1. Information About Us

1.1 www.signaction.co.uk is a site operated by Mia Sign Ltd, located at Unit A9, Hastingwood Trading Estate, 34 Harbet Rd, London N18 3HT.

2. Service Availability

Our site is intended for use by individuals residing in mainland Britain. We do not accept orders from individuals outside these countries. Restrictions may apply to certain orders from specific countries.

3. Your Status

By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:

(a) You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and
(b) You are at least 18 years old.

4. How the Contract is Formed Between You and Us

4.1 After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received your order. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance, and we will confirm acceptance by sending you an email confirming that the product has been dispatched. The contract will only be formed when we send you this Dispatch Confirmation

4.2 The contract will relate only to those products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation.

5. Our Status

5.1 In some cases, we accept orders as agents on behalf of third-party sellers. The resulting legal contract is between you and that third-party seller, subject to their terms and conditions.

5.2 We may provide links on our site to other companies’ websites. We cannot guarantee that products purchased from third-party sellers through our site will be of satisfactory quality, and we disclaim any warranties regarding those products.

6. Consumer Rights

6.1 If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel a contract at any time within seven working days, beginning the day after you receive the products. You will receive a full refund in accordance with our refund policy set out in clause 9.

6.2 To cancel a contract, you must inform us in writing and return the products immediately at your own cost

7. Availability and Delivery

Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date specified in the Dispatch Confirmation or, if no delivery date is provided, within 4-6 weeks of the Dispatch Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

8. Risk and Title

8.1 The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.

8.2 Ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges.

9. Price and Payment

9.1 The price of any products will be quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.

9.2 These prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total.

9.3 Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.

9.4 Payment for all products must be made by credit or debit card. We accept payment from all major credit and debit cards and will not charge your card until we dispatch your order.

10. Our Refund Policy

10.1 If you return a product because you have cancelled the contract within the seven-day cooling-off period, we will process your refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of your cancellation notice.

10.2 If you return a product for any other reason (e.g., the product is defective), we will notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable timeframe. We will usually process your refund within 30 days of confirming your entitlement to a refund for the defective product.

10.3 We will typically refund any money received from you using the same method you used to pay for your purchase.

11. Our Liability

11.1 We warrant that any product purchased from us through our site is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for its intended purpose.

11.2 Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaching this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you bought.

12. Import Duty

12.1 If you order products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes, which you will be responsible for paying.

13. Written Communications

When using our site, you accept that communication with us will mainly be electronic. We will contact you via email or provide information by posting notices on our website. For contractual purposes, you agree to this electronic means of communication.

14. Notices

All notices must be given to Mia Sign Ltd at sales@signaction.co.uk. We may give notice to you at the email or postal address you provide when placing an order

15. Transfer of Rights and Obligations

The contract between you and us is binding on both parties and their respective successors and assigns. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under this contract without our prior written consent

16. Events Outside Our Control

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Events).

17. Waiver

If we fail to insist upon strict performance of any obligations, it does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

18. Severability

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will continue to be valid.

19. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between us regarding the subject matter of any contract and supersede any prior agreements.

20. Our Right to Vary These Terms and Conditions

We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time.

21. Law and Jurisdiction

Contracts for the purchase of products through our site will be governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
